We have two part-time vacancies available for Direct Support Professionals to join our team, supporting young people in out of home care (OoHC).
Your role will involve providing the young people with personal care, implementation of daily living programs; assistance with and administration of medication, community access support, leisure & recreation activities, and household assistance. This position is responsible for providing all the supports of daily living including supporting the educational outcomes of the young people.
