The Victorian Cleantech Cluster (VCC) is a not for profit, industry-led cluster supporting Victoria to become a major hub for innovation, uptake and commercialisation of clean technology. The VCC is seeking a Communications and Administration Intern to assist in all aspects of internal and external communications, and supporting ad hoc administrative tasks for broader VCC activities to assist in the growth in member engagement and the upcoming Victorian Cleantech Expo.
The position requires a minimum of 8 hours a week, across 1 or 2 working days. These hours can be completed between 9:30am to 5.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday to align with the hours of our VCC Coordinator. Attendance at some VCC events may also be required.
The Communications and Admin intern will work closely with the VCC Coordinator, members of the VCC Board and other volunteers. The position will report to the VCC Coordinator and is based at our office in Hawthorn, Melbourne. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, there will be some flexibility with work arrangements.
This position is for 6 months, with the possibility of extending into a paid role, subject to funding.
