Are you seeking to make a positive difference in family’s lives and work within a dedicated team of vibrant professionals? We are seeking an experienced Intake and Case Worker to work in the Family, Youth and Children’s Services branch.
This role will undertake both intake and casework, ensuring to promote the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and their families. Through providing intake, case management interventions, and referrals, the Integrated Family Services Intake and Case Worker will work with families with multiple complex needs and empower families to reach their potential. The role will also undertake outreach work in the community and in homes, to assist in enhancing family functioning and wellbeing.
