Are you seeking to make a positive difference in family's lives and work within a dedicated team of vibrant professionals?

We are seeking an experienced Case Worker to work in the Family, Youth and Children's Services Branch.

This role will undertake intake and case work, promoting the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and their families. Through providing case management, interventions and referrals, the Case Worker will work with families who have multiple complex needs and empower families to reach their potential. The preferred candidate will have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds including newly arrived refugees and experience developing and delivering community education programs.

This role will also undertake outreach work in the community and in homes, to assist in enhancing family functioning and wellbeing.
