We are seeking an experienced 2IC/Educational Leader with a Diploma or higher qualification to be part of our valued leadership team.

About the role

Our 2IC/Educational Leaders work as part of a collaborative leadership team alongside the Centre Coordinators. They support and mentor room educators as well as support the Coordinator in the day to day management, administration and leadership of the service. They have excellent opportunities for further professional development and can pursue elements of early childhood development and programs.

If this sounds like the opportunity you are looking for, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality innovative programs for children in diverse communities; as well as your competency in the administration of day to day operations of a children’s centre. You will have evidence of your leadership in early childhood teams, initiative in mentoring and supporting team members, and a strong ability to work in partnership with families.
