We are looking for an experienced contract manager/parks professional and people manager to lead the procurement and contract management functions of a team of contract coordinators and parks professionals in the provision of contracted parks service delivery and management of parks assets to best practice standards. The position is vital in ensuring effective work systems, policies, specifications and procedures to deliver optimum performance from service providers in delivering high-quality park management and will provide effective leadership to ensure procurement, contracts, operations and assets are managed efficiently, meet strategic and sustainability objectives, governance requirements, customer expectations and industry best practice approaches.

You will have tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in open space management, contract or asset management, sustainability, engineering or a related discipline, with related competencies and experience in contract and/or asset management.
