About the role

The SIL Development Manager (SDM) will lead the growth and development of new SIL services in line with CHSS’s strategic plan 2019-2022. The SDM is responsible to grow and develop values-aligned support teams to deliver outstanding client service and achieve sustainable growth targets in a competitive market.

The position provides both strategic and operational expertise to the Executive and Leadership Teams. The SDM is an integral member of the CHSS Executive.
