Chrysalis Therapeutic Support Services is expanding and we’re seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Clinician to join our Behaviour Support Team, who is at a proficient level to provide insights into the quality and efficacy of our customer's Positive Behaviour Support Plans and interventions.

About the Role:

• Conduct a variety of assessments for adults and children
• Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours exhibited by people with disability
• Provide training to relevant stakeholders in therapeutic interventions, behaviour support plans, restricted practices, risk and safety plans

Remuneration is based on experience; the salary range being offered is between: $85k - $95k + Super P.A + bonus and clinical supervision.

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or equivalent experience that meets the requirements of the NDIS Capability Framework.
• Demonstrated experience as a Positive Behaviour Specialist
• Registration with AASW or relevant professional body will be highly regarded.
