About the Role

You will lead our sales, marketing and promotional strategy to:

• Increase awareness and sales across our social enterprises
• Develop and manage partnerships, contracts, and community relationships
• Deliver engaging campaigns, promotions, and events
• Position Christie Centre as a leader in inclusion and social impact

Located in Mildura, this is a hands‑on role where you’ll move between strategy and delivery — from building partnerships to running local campaigns and promotions.

About You

• A confident communicator and relationship builder
• Tertiary qualified and experienced in sales, marketing, partnerships or business development
• Commercially savvy and values‑driven
• Energetic, creative, and outcomes‑focused
• Passionate about inclusion and positive representation
• Experience in social enterprise, not‑for‑profit or community sectors will be highly regarded.
