CAP exists to equip a movement of churches to walk alongside those in financial distress, while confidently proclaiming Jesus. CAP provides the training, tools, support and encouragement churches need to provide a life transforming service to participants.
The Network Operations team exists to onboard churches into Money Mentoring and provide the support and encouragement Money Mentors and churches need to provide a life transforming service to participants. Network Operations are focused and committed to building strong relationships with church partners and Money Mentors in order to build a sustainable and effective ministry within the church.
This role will support Money Mentors, ensuring they are well equipped to meet the needs of their participants. This role will also include the coordination of a 1300 helpline referral service that will enable participants to be connected to a Money Mentor and offer support to Money Mentors in their work with participants.
You are passionate about the role the local church plays in seeing people move from a place of distress to a place of flourishing. You are excited by equipping and supporting Money Mentors from local churches to walk alongside people in financial distress including connecting Money Mentors with people in their community.
