Join our homelessness services team in achieving housing stability and improved social inclusion and connectedness for our customers.
You will be responsible for improving housing outcomes for people exiting prison by providing enhanced intervention and support to ensure access to stable housing to prevent homelessness. Your understanding of issues affecting socially disadvantaged people, as well as awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of people who are in housing crisis and/or have special needs/disabilities, will enable you to excel in this role. This is full time outreach position based at out Morwell office.
You will demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role, using your knowledge the community and public housing sectors to assess customers and refer them to appropriate services.
