CEW Leaders Program

The CEW Leaders Program is a bespoke leadership program developed to inspire and equip women to fulfil their leadership potential. The program provides women aiming for a role in the C-suite with the skills to take their place alongside men so that organisations deliver the best possible outcomes for customers, shareholders and the community.

Designed and delivered by CEW members, the program uses a personal audit process to provide:

  • A different lens on communication, power and collaboration
  • Strategies to build confidence and embrace leadership
  • Time for personal and collective reflection
  • Networks to fulfil goals through personal connections
  • A focus for action and commitment

The content is structured around themes of leadership; personal leadership styles; the impact of a leader’s shadow; developing and maintaining relationships; career options and leading in an ever-changing world.

The CEW Leaders Program is in its 17th year of operation and is offered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. On graduating, participants become part of the CEW Connect Community and continue to be offered opportunities of professional development and networking. The 2000+ alumni have been instrumental in helping organisations create a more diverse approach to leadership through their promotions into executive roles.
