ABOUT THE ROLE

For the past two years, Clear Horizon has been developing our capacity to design and deliver our services on new digital formats. At the same time, we have been upskilling staff to be more digital literate so that they are be able to make better use digital tools to improve their work.

This role will be pivotal to continue this work. You will report to the Chief Digital Officer and be part of a core member of the digital and data team. It has key influence role in supporting Clear Horizon to become a future-ready digitally enabled consultancy, supported by excellent technology and processes.

ABOUT YOU

You will have qualification in IT or similar and have experience in the use of best practices in Business Intelligence including the development and management of data warehouses, ETL processes and reporting/analytical solutions using Business Intelligence tools. In addition, you will have excellent computer skills including database and operating systems experience; solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies and technically competent with various software programs including Microsoft SQL Server, PowerBI, SPSS or similar technologies.

You will also be familiar with product development, human centred design and agile ways of working and have experience in liaising and corresponding with stakeholders – including the ability to elicit and effectively respond to stakeholder business and reporting requirements in a complex data environment. Ideally, you will have been involved in digital transformation strategy execution in small to large scale organisations. And you will have strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; with good interpersonal skills.

It will be awesome if you also have worked in the Not for Profit and/or public health sector, have experience in NLP, machine learning or AI, and have experience in Cloud technologies, in particular Azure. We are looking for a superstar Digital and Data Consultant.
