About the role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support for the Business Group Leaders of two business groups - Sustainable Futures and Clear Horizon International. 

Your duties will include project administration using the project management system (Accelo); client contract and sub-contractor management; note taking for project meetings, team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings; providing support for workshops (virtual and face-to-face), organising travel for Business Group Leader, proofreading, client liaison, dealing with queries directed to the Leaders, drafting clear correspondence and simple reports.

Clear Horizon have embraced the use of digital technology and tools for collaboration with clients and internal teams. For this we are building our internal digital capacity as enablers of productivity and efficiency across our business as well as our part of our service offering. To support our digital transition, this role will requiring having a good handle on IT systems and software administration and be able to support remote work; some experience in agile methodology would be great. You must also be able to manage competing demands and priorities and work in a team as well as independently. 

About you

You will be an early career professional who has a tertiary qualification in one of our areas of work and are looking for your break into a consulting or a management role. You will thrive in working in a fast-paced organisation where you need to manage competing demands and will enjoy with an exceptional team of evaluation professionals. You will have outstanding project management, contract management and administrative skills and be able to work well in a team as well as independently. Finally, it will be awesome if you have good handle on IT systems and software administration and are able to support staff working remotely.
