ABOUT CLEAR HORIZON

Clear Horizon is a world-class evaluation organisation that works domestically in Australia and internationally. For over 15 years we have been leaders in measurement, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks, program evaluation and social impact measurement. More recently we have incorporated digital and user-centred approaches into our ways of working. We increasingly work as developmental evaluators and leverage our strong roots in participatory and collaborative approaches. We aim to build capacity with our clients in all our work which is enabled by our cutting-edge Academy.

Our mission is to power change makers to create a positive impact for people, place and planet. We are a women-led, for-purpose company and we make deliberate choices about who we work with to maintain our principles of social justice and environmental sustainability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

For the past 10 years we have provided professional development through face-to-face training and masterclasses. In 2019 we launched the Clear Horizon Academy a world class online learning offer for a global audience.

We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified person to support the administration, build and delivery of engaging learning experiences for our course learners. Our online learning offerings inspire and enable change makers to measure, evaluate and improve their impact.

As the Academy’s Learning Experience Coordinator, your key responsibility will be to coordinate and optimise our learning operations to drive efficiency and maximise learner success. Finally, you will support the Head of the Academy with the design and build of new courses.

ABOUT YOU

You are an organised detail-oriented self-starter who thrives when improving learning operations and administrative systems and processes. You have strong project management skills, ideally in delivering learning/training/education projects. You also strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience and draw on a wealth of customer service experience. You have strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; with good interpersonal skills.

You will ideally be familiar with learning management systems administration and have experience administrating the delivery of online courses. It would also be desirable for you to have some experience designing and building online courses.

You are excited to take your next step into a bigger learning role and want to broaden your skill set in learning design, something we will fully support you in!

It will be awesome if you also have worked in the Not for Profit and/or education/training sector. Experience working in one of the sectors we service (social, environmental and international development sectors) would also be viewed favourably.
