Robert Half are partnering exclusively with Clear Horizon to find a superstar Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with a truly expansive skillset to initiate and drive campaigns through multiple channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

This role would suit a highly ambitious Digital Marketer who strives to generate unique ideas, grow brand awareness, and become the engine room for growth for Clear Horizon. 

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Initiating and developing campaigns; including social media strategy driving growth reaching new channels and touch points for Clear Horizon
  • Drive brand awareness and optimise site traffic with the goal of increasing lead generations
  • Monitor and track campaign spending to ensure everything is kept within budget
  • Support the marketing team on digital marketing channels, including paid search (SEM, PLAs), organic search (SEO), digital display, retargeting, affiliate programs and paid social media ads
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Create content and copy for communications across multiple channels

Your profile

Your experience and skills should include most, if not all:

  • At least 3 years within a Digital Marketing Coordination role – with a truly broad skillset  
  • Experience with: Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, CRMs, basic HTML coding and WordPress (or similar CMS).
  • Experience with copywriting, SEO and email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an innovative mindset
  • Prior experience working within a Not-for-Profit, Education, Training or Social organisation  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive strategies through to completion
  • Valid Australian working rights - permanent residency minimum requirement
