CBS is entering its next stage of growth and has created a brand-new position for an Executive Manager Marketing and Business Development reporting directly to the CEO. Based in Moonah, this role will provide high level expertise and leadership of business development strategies and direction, combined with an effective marketing approach to enhance and positively contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and its cultural values.
The Executive Manager Marketing and Business Development will provide leadership to a small team of talented specialists across the State, and will oversee the management and implementation of strategic marketing & business development plans, marketing campaigns, communications, branding, and social media strategies. Other key responsibilities include development of new products and services, contributing to the preparation of business models, and leading the preparation of tenders and other funding submissions. As a member of the executive management team, the role also provides support across the organisation at a strategic level for ongoing change management processes to adapt to new markets, changing government policy and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience within marketing, communications, and business development functions, as well as holding relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in a similar senior role. Outstanding leadership skills, the ability to build collaborative working relationships and excellent stakeholder management skills are also required.
