CBS is entering its next stage of growth and has created a new position for an Executive Manager Human Resources reporting directly to the CEO. Based in Moonah, the role will provide high level expertise and leadership advice and oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the CBS Human Resources framework to positively contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and its cultural values.

The role oversees the strategic direction and operational activities of the HR team and ensures consistent end-to-end delivery of HR services across the organisation. As a member of the executive management team, the Executive Manager Human Resources plays a key role in developing and driving a workplace culture strategy that encourages and supports ongoing change management processes to adapt to new markets, changing government policy and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader and change agent, with a passion for improvement and an excellent track record of driving cultural change. Outstanding relationship building and communication skills are essential. Proven experience across a broad range of contemporary HR initiatives gained within a similar senior role and relevant qualifications are also required.
