Community Care TASMANIA (CCT) is a not-for-profit service provider specialising in high quality home-based care services for all Tasmanians. A team of approximately 200 dedicated staff based around the State work together to deliver exceptional and tailored aged and disability (NDIS) home care services.

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and lead CCT through its next stage of growth, development and strategic projects.
The CEO will lead support a talented and dedicated team, manage the operational functions of the organisation and work closely with the Board to contribute to the strategic direction, development and the long-term sustainability of CCT.
Based at CCT’s modern new office in Launceston, the CEO will support the Board with the development and implementation of its strategic plan and report on operational matters. The CEO will continue to build the reputation and profile of CCT within the sector and community, strengthening collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have high-level experience in organisational leadership, with a strong customer and client focus.
They will have outstanding relationship building, together with strong skills in business operations and financial management. Contemporary management and leadership skills are essential including the ability to build and enhance organisational culture, motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
At a time of rapid growth and transformation for CCT and the care industry, this role will suit a genuinely collaborative, innovative, people focussed leader who can build and nurture a high performing team to drive and sustain high quality outcomes for CCT clients across Tasmania.
