Connect Health and Community provides a range of primary health and community services to people of all ages within the community.
The Paediatric Occupational Therapist will be part of a multi-disciplinary environment working in the Child Youth and Family Program, within the models of HACC and NDIS. This position will include individual comprehensive assessment and treatment for children up to the age of 18 years - including physical, social, cognitive, sensory and emotional skills and how they impact on the development movement, play and social skills. The work may involve the running of group programs and participation in a paediatric screening clinic.
The period of employment will begin in February 2020 for 3.5 days per week until 30 June 2020. Salary and conditions as per Victoria Stand Alone Community Health Centres Allied Health professionals Enterprise Agreement 2017 – 2021.
A condition of employment is a current Working with Children’s Check and Police Check. If you do not already have these checks, you must be prepared to apply and fund them.
