The Recruitment/Human Resources Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities in the Central Australia office for staff and volunteers. The role is based in our Alice Springs office and will work closely with the Support Services team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Director - Central Australia Region the Recruitment/Human Resources Coordinator will also have a unique and strategic focus on identifying, creating and supporting First Nations positions within Children’s Ground in line with our workforce development strategy
The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification and have a proven track record in the recruitment and onboarding of staff and volunteers. You will be energetic and innovative in your approach and have a passion and commitment for building relationships and diversity. Ideally, you will have generalist human resources experience as this position will support a broader range of human resources needs within the organisation.
