About the Job

The Health Promotion Coordinator will work in a multi-disciplinary team and will be a senior member of a small team delivering the Children’s Ground Family Health and Wellbeing Framework to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for the community. This will include the recognition and support of local cultural knowledge systems and practices, and the agency of consumers.

The Team will develop and implement family health plans with individuals and families, and create and deliver responses to population health needs with the local community. The team will work collaboratively with internal and with external partners.

About You

We are seeking an innovative, suitably qualified and highly experienced Health Promotion Coordinator to join our multi-disciplinary team of health and learning professionals. To be successful in this position, you will have significant experience in health, strong relationship, networking and communication skills - both verbal and written, have a collaborative approach and be a self-starter who thrives in an environment that is ambiguous and complex and thinks systemically.

We invite you to walk with us on this unique journey…

In line with our workforce development strategy, Children's Ground strongly encourages and supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants to apply.
