About the Job

Due to growth and in line with achieving our ambitious vision, we have created a new opportunity for a savvy, outcomes driven fundraising professional to join our Partnerships, Investments & Communications (PIC) team.  

Reporting to the Director of PIC and working closely with a small and talented team, the Fundraising Coordinator will focus on developing creative fundraising campaigns, digital fundraising and donor retention to ensure Children’s Ground’s sustainability into the future.

About You

Ideally, you will identify as a First Nations person. You will have a passion for social justice and the rights of our First Nations people and will be highly motivated by making change.

To be successful in this position, you will be a highly collaborative, energetic, creative and strategic professional. You will have significant experience and a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative fundraising campaigns to increase an organisation’s funding base for ongoing sustainability. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people both internally and externally will be fundamental to the success of this position and Children’s Ground.
