Develop and maintain relationships with community fundraisers and positively focus on driving forward the community fundraising strategy and revenue for NSW
Implement relationship fundraising activities for acquisition, retention and upgrade of community fundraising supporters
Supervise the execution of all community fundraising events and support individual, workplace & community group fundraisers in their activities to maximise income
Maintain communication with all fundraisers as per the fundraiser communications journey and engage in fundraising strategies to build effective relationships with new and existing community fundraisers
Coordinate specific campaigns in NSW including; Cystic Fibrosis month, Crazy Hair Day, 65k 4 65 Roses Walkathon and Christmas cards
Generate registrations for external events including; City to Surf, Mother’s Day Classic, Spring Cycle and Tough Mudder etc. with fundraising dollars coming to CFCC.
Recruit and coordinate volunteers for fundraising needs, events and community fundraising events
Review and undertake all related compliance for Community Fundraising programs, including due diligence associated with 3rd party community fundraising activities and accurate processing and management of Authority to Fundraise documentations
Marketing
Work with the management team to develop digital assets and optimise them for individual stakeholders
Research and develop the production of communication materials, including, but not limited to, copy for the website, copy for social media platforms, EDMs, print publications and media releases
Integrate visual content into communication materials for increased audience engagement
Maintain CFCC social media channels by creating and scheduling content, monitoring post performance and audience engagement
Identify and implement new methods of attracting and reaching the target audience
Maintain the website and ensure it is up to date with current events, projects and services
Manage SEO and SEM campaigns and performance of all AdWords campaigns
Conceptualise core marketing materials and write briefing documents for suppliers such as photographers, designers and printers
Maintain and develop accurate stakeholder records in Salesforce including contact information and media consent
Work with the Communications and Media Manager to ensure timely and effective proactive and reactive media relations
Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
Other key duties and responsibilities
Secure annual grants quota for NSW for the funding of programs and services via applications
Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships with grants, trusts and foundations in NSW
Together with the State Manager secure sponsors for major community fundraisers and key CFCC events in NSW
Skill requirement
Combination of relevant tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar or related field (not-for-profit background preferred)
Demonstrated experience in delivering successful online marketing campaigns
Demonstrated understanding of online analytics and reporting
Demonstration of at least 3 years relationship management experience, with experience and proven success with income generation across the community fundraising space
