CERES Fair Food is an exciting social enterprise initiated by CERES which is building a more resilient food supply system. The service has a number of key objectives, to:

  • Reduce the food miles associated with food shopping
  • Build a more locally based, self-reliant food economy
  • Work with and support local growers who use sustainable farming methods
  • Give city people easy access to healthy, organic food

What we are looking for

You will assist in the Production and Procurement Supervisor in the coordination and support of the hardworking team responsible for packing fruit and vegetables, fridge items and dry goods products into customer orders. This role requires a ‘can do’ attitude, solid leadership skills, a friendly disposition and awesome communication skills. It is a demanding, varied and challenging role. You will need to be a good decision maker, be able to work under limited direction, and embrace responsibility.
