About CERES Merri Café

The Merri Cafe creates delicious, abundant and seasonal food that inspires people to think about their own food choices.

Serving a changing menu of local, organic, seasonal and plant based wholefoods in a welcoming and casual space, The Merri Café is a licensed restaurant open 7 days a week (9am – 3pm) providing a lunch and catering service to the CERES visitors and community. All of the food and drinks served are organic, local, and seasonal, with the menu showcasing the best of Victorian produce.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a hospitality professional with at least three years’ industry experience in a similar fast paced environment. Drawing on your operational experience and staff supervision skills you will lead and mentor your team to deliver delicious seasonal food with consistently high standards of service and productivity.
