About the role

The Research Assistant will work as a member of a small multidisciplinary research team. You will contribute to basic laboratory research into the mechanisms that lead to mitochondrial disease of the eye

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Biology
  • Previous experience in experimental application of molecular, cellular biology and mammalian cell culture
  • Ability to use sound judgement and problem solve
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
