The Executive Manager of our Goldfields offices experiences a working environment that can be challenging but also highly rewarding and satisfying. Your day will see you accountable for the overall performance, reputation, and development of Centrecare’s services, branch operations and workforce in the Goldfields region. This position will also see you assisting the General Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality community services for the agency. You will experience a high degree of support as you ensure that programs are delivered in accordance with Centrecare’s well developed policies and standards.

A few specifics for you

  • Lead completion of an annual business plan aligned with the intent of Centrecare’s Strategic Plan to ensure quality outcomes for clients and staff at agency level.
  • Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with Centrecare’s Therapeutic Framework, Quality Assurance standards, contractual agreements, funder requirements and community expectations.
  • Prepare funding applications, tenders, funding evaluations, and contractual progress reports.
  • Manage over 17 services operating from the Kalgoorlie, Leonora, and Esperance branches with travel to these sites, throughout the region and to Perth is required.
  • Identify, secure, and maintain long running service partnerships and work with Centrecare’s Executive leadership, external stakeholders, and funding agencies to secure a sustainable and respected role for Centrecare across the Goldfields.
