The Ranger Workforce Development Officer falls within the Employment and Training team of the Land Management section. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing the training needs of Indigenous community ranger groups in the CLC region. These efforts enable Rangers to effectively undertake cultural and natural resource management actions relevant to their area of operation. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated professional competence and experience in vocational education and training, preferably in a natural resource management context or related field.
