Central Desert Native Title Services Ltd (Central Desert) works in partnership with the Aboriginal people of the central desert region of Western Australia as they shape a self-determined future of independence, control and connection to Country, Culture and Community.
Central Desert provides a range of services including culture and heritage who are responsible for ensuring that heritage survey activities, undertaken pursuant to relevant Agreements entered into by Central Desert’s clients, are completed safely, professionally and in a timely manner.
We are seeking a Heritage Support Officer to join our Culture and Heritage team. This role provides the team with an administrative support function, including managing the mail in-box, updating heritage databases, managing and updating information in MYOB, preparing payment requests, assisting with logistics, taking minutes, maintaining a planning calendar and managing the iManage filing system.
Flexible work options will be considered for the role, such as Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-Time (minimum of 30 hours per week), although the successful candidate must be available to work on Mondays and Fridays.
The salary range for this position is $67,968 to $76,332 per annum plus superannuation along with the option to salary package up to $15,600 per year (this salary range is based on full-time working hours and is pro-rata for part-time).
