About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a person within the Human Services field to provide family intervention support working across two of our programs, Family Intervention Services and Regional Area Integrated Family Support Service (RAIFSS). This is a full time fixed term role until the end of March 2021 based in Normanton.

• Within the Family Intervention program, you will provide practical family support and case management to families involved in the child protection system. You will support families to address ongoing child protection issues which have impacted on their ability to meet their children's care and protective needs.
• Our RAIFSS program provides a support service for individuals, families, young people and children who are at risk of family breakdown and need additional support with an emphasis on early intervention.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in the Human Sciences field
• ​Relevant experience in a similar role
• ​Current drivers’ licence
• ​Yellow and Blue Card or ability to obtain
