Centacare’s Individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation & Support Service (IPRSS) provides person-centred, psychosocial rehabilitation complex case management support, within a recovery framework, to people living with mental illness. Support Workers work with consumers, and families/carers where appropriate, undertaking joint service planning with Mental Health Services to provide strengths-based, goal focused and individually tailored services.
