Common Equity Housing Ltd (CEHL) is looking for a capable individual to join our Maintenance Services Team based in Richmond, with travel throughout Victoria. This is an exceptional opportunity in an influential and innovative organisation at an exciting time in its development.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will work in a team to deliver effective planned and responsive maintenance. This involves ensuring maintenance requests are logged and actioned in compliance with all statutory obligations, maintaining positive working relationships with our contractors, monitoring works, preparing reports and contributing to maintenance plans.

We are offering a fixed term contract of 10 months in a supportive environment where you can make a difference.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone with experience organising property maintenance or renovation works, who:

  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with tenants, contractors, and the team
  • Is well organised and has good administration skills
  • Is solution-focussed
  • Can quickly learn new information technology systems (Greentree experience advantageous)
