THE ROLE

You will work in a team to resource and develop vibrant and sustainable tenant-managed housing co-operatives and build our co-operative housing program. Core tasks include the provision of advice, guidance and training and a delivery of a range of strategic co-operative development initiatives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a background in community housing, training or community focused service delivery with substantial experience working with groups.

Our ideal candidate will have strong self-organisational skills, great communication and engagement skills and the ability to quickly learn about our co-operative program.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, resilient and solution focused with the flexibility to collaboratively plan program and organisational activities while also working independently with individual co-operatives.

The role requires regular attendance (virtual or in-person) at co-operative meetings and/or training in a wide variety of locations (metro and rural) on weekday evenings.
