Reducing the burden of cancer. Cancer Council raises funds that are dedicated to improving quality of life for people living with cancer, through research, patient care, prevention and early detection. The Manager, Financial and Legal Programs, will be responsible for the ongoing management of Cancer Council Queensland financial and Legal programs including development, implementation, evaluation and engagement with national and community programs to provide support to people affected by Cancer.
This role is Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in managing health or community programs, financial assistance programs an advantage. Including experience in operational planning, program development, implementation, evaluation and continuous service improvement,
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the impact of a cancer diagnosis and an interest in working closely with people affected by cancer with a passion for supportive care.
CCQ has a Leadership Capability Framework which outlines the necessary capabilities of leaders at different leadership levels: Executive (CEO and GMs), Senior Managers, Managers, and Frontline Managers (Team Leaders and Senior Coordinators).
