As the Coordinator of Supporter Experience, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Supporter experience team, in particular the Direct Mail and Regular Giving programs within the Individual Giving portfolio. Our aim is to give all our individual givers across Queensland the best possible experience. The activities in this role include retaining and building our relationships with our existing supporters and acquire new supporters through numerous channels including direct mail, digital, events and telemarketing. This position is responsible for liaising with CCQ supporters and suppliers, and working closely within the Supporter Experience team, and well as the broader Fundraising team and regional offices.
This role is permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in our Brisbane office.
