Our range of support services and programs include telephone and email support, Cancer counselling, support groups, Information Sessions Practical Support, information resources and delivering information and education programs.

About the role

The Fundraising, Marketing and Communication (FMC) Group are responsible for ensuring reliable revenue streams are strategically planned and executed each year.

This team works hard and has fun whilst doing so! We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Coordinator to join the Growth and Retention team. This team is responsible for ensuring acquisition and retention initiatives are delivered across all Campaign and Community Engagement programs including National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiary, Community Fundraising and Fundraising Events. As the Coordinator, you will be providing administration support to this team to enable delivery of these initiatives.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate retention, cold data, cross pollination and migration data to support acquisition and retention strategies. Setting up integrations and internal project management systems, as well as maintaining data integrity and document storage. This exciting and fast paced role will see you assist with the creation of content and resources to support acquisition and retention initiatives across all.

This is a full-time permanent position 37.5 hours per week, with weekend work required.

About you

Positivity and passion are key! To be successful, you will draw on your previous experience in administration and business support to get you up and running. Preferably possess advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office), intermediate excel experience as well as hands on experience in a similar position within a marketing or fundraising environment. You will have demonstrated experience in administration, marketing and working within special events/fundraising environment. You are flexible and can positively adapt quickly to change, with highly developed time management skills and an ability to multitask.
