Reducing the burden of cancer. Use your accounts payable / receivable and reconciliation experience to make a difference in the lives of Queenslanders. Working in a close knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation processing for Cancer Council Queensland (CCQ). Corporate credit card / petty cash and floats reconciliation and processing.
This role is responsible cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliation, reconciling and posting of CRM journals, providing back up to accounts payable as required. Assist in annual audit as required and meeting tight deadlines for month end processing. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) and is based in our Brisbane office.
To be successful you will have at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role and sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Your strong degree of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent customer service, along with your ability to work in a small team will see you succeed in the role.
Experience using Great Plains accounting package is desirable together with Microsoft office packages mainly excel (intermediate level).
