CCV has entered into a contract with the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment to facilitate, co-ordinate, manage and evaluate a range of services provided through the national ParentsNext initiative.
The aim of the ParentsNext pre-employment program is to help parents with young children to plan and prepare for employment once their youngest child reaches school age. This program provides intervention and support to these people through strength – based and early intervention strategies that are holistic and family centred.
This role is responsible for providing leadership to the ParentsNext team to ensure a strong team culture and that reporting requirements are met, and services are provided to a professional standard which meets the needs of the targeted client group.
