We deliver excellence in a broad range of child, family and youth services, family relationship services, school counselling and pastoral care services, social housing, employment and advocacy services across various office locations and delivery sites in Victoria.

Working with the CCV Quality Manager, the Sandhurst Quality Practitioner is responsible for ensuring our services and programs meet or exceed legislative requirements and accreditation standards by developing, implementing and monitoring compliance and quality initiatives. You will also identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement and guide the evaluation of our practices, collaborating with colleagues across the state.

Specifically, the position is responsible for:

  • Implementing a culture of quality assurance and continuous quality improvement across the region’s service and program areas.
  • Assisting with accreditation processes within CCV to ensure compliance with all external standards and legislation.
  • Assisting with the development, review and implementation of CCV’s policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating the implementation and monitoring of risk management and legislative compliance processes.

To be considered for this position, you require:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications at degree level or above (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience in the application of compliance and risk management within the community services sector.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, legislation and regulations.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of risk management processes and systems as well as auditing requirements.
  5. Strong communication and engagement skills
  6. Commitment to working as a member of a team.
