Two available positions:
CatholicCare Victoria Tasmania (CCVT) has entered into a contract with the Australian Government under the Family Support Program to facilitate, co-ordinate, manage and evaluate a range of services provided through the Greater Shepparton Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS).
The aim of FMHSS is to provide flexible, responsive options for families, carers, children and young people impacted by mental illness or are at risk of developing mental illness.
This program provides intervention and support to these people through strength–based and early intervention strategies that are holistic and family centred. CatholicCare Victoria as a service arm of CCVT will deliver the program.
