Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre is ‘A feminist health centre of excellence enabling Central Coast women access to holistic health care and we have a New Opportunity! We are looking for an experienced domestic and family violence case manager to increase women's access to case management support in the greater Wyong Shire. This position is funded by Communities for Children.

This is a Part-time Permanent position 13 hours per week, funded for up to 4 years. The role is remunerated under the Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) Level 5. Salary packaging is available to eligible successful applicants.

The purpose of this position is to provide best practice, trauma-informed case management support for women experiencing domestic and family violence in the greater Wyong Shire.

The role of the case manager is to undertake assessment, safety monitoring, planning, advocacy and linking of the consumer with other support services.

This position is in addition to a team of Centre Coordinators, Intake, plus Generalist Counsellors/Group Facilitators; one Communities for Children funded Counsellor and Group Facilitator, casual Early Childhood Educators, plus a Communities for Children part-time Early Childhood Educator.

The position reports to the Northern Women’s Health Centre Coordinator. The role is based at exclusively in the Wyong Shire. Note that it will be important to meet with women either at the Northern Women's Health centre or suitable safe locations. This position is case management only and does not require any counselling or group work.
