Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre is ‘A feminist health centre of excellence enabling Central Coast women access to holistic health care and we have a New Opportunity! We are looking for an experienced domestic and family violence case manager to increase women's access to case management support during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is a Temporary Permanent part-time position 26 hours per week, funded for up to 12 months. The role is remunerated under the Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) Level 5.3. Salary packaging is available to eligible successful applicants

The purpose of this position is to provide best practice case management support for women experiencing domestic and family violence during the pandemic.

The role of the case manager is to undertake assessment, safety monitoring, planning, advocacy and linking of the consumer with other support services.

This position is in addition to a team of three Generalist Counsellors/Group Facilitators; one Sexual/DV/Family Violence Counsellor; one Communities for Children Counsellor and Group Facilitator at the CCCWHC. The team is supported by a Intake/Counselling/Groups Co-Ordinator.

The position reports to the Intake/Counselling/Groups Co-ordinator of the organisation. The role is based at the Wyoming Centre however to support service accessibility, can also work from our outreach centres or suitable counselling locations. This position is case management only and does not require any counselling or group work.
