Rewarding Opportunity! Central Coast Community Women's Health are looking for an experienced and inspiring woman to lead and coordinate our counselling, groups and intake services.
Permanent part-time position. Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) Level 6. Salary packaging is available to eligible successful applicants
The purpose of this position is to lead our team of counsellors and group workers at CCCWHC and, conduct the intake activities of the Wyoming centre and in consultation with outreach coordinators, coordinate the organisational intake activity.
The position ensures that the counselling and group services are managed to allow the smooth operation of services to women, and for providing line supervision and leadership to the counsellors and group facilitators, as well as any counsellors in training. This role also coordinates a short term project to support counselling and case management for women experiencing sexual/domestic and or family violence.
As a key member of our leadership team we are looking for a woman who is inspiring, collaborative, manages change well and practices feminist values. Our culture and practice reflects an understanding of feminist philosophy, the social determinants of health and a holistic approach to health care.
