CORE Community Services Ltd is a not for profit organisation operating in South West Sydney for more than 40 years. We run a wide range of services, activities and programs across 5 Services – Children’s Services, Youth Services, Multicultural Communities, Aged and Disability Care and Community Engagement.

Previously known as Cabramatta Community Centre, CORE stands for our values – Caring, Opportunity, Respect and Empowerment. We have an annual turnover of over $15 million from government, philanthropic trusts and donations. We are client centred, provide high quality services and have extensive experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities.

We are looking for skilled individuals to join our Board with a background in Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, law, business or community type experience and qualifications. In these roles you will contribute to decision making, exercise good judgment in your areas of expertise, work towards organisational efficiency and work towards achieving organisation goals. You will have the opportunity to undertake diligent analysis of all information and proposals before the Board.

The Board meetings are held at our Fairfield Office bi-monthly, there is also a commitment to one evening a month to participate and represent the Board at sub-committee meetings. This is a voluntary position.
