ORGANISATION

Our client is a leading health promotion charity established to support a hospital that is committed to innovation and excellence in patient care, research, education and health promotion.

ROLE

Due to growth in the team, our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies with a focus on fundraising. This includes website management (proficiency in Funraisin CMS or WordPress ideal) social media strategy & content development; email marketing; digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Ad Grants, digital display and reporting.

Reporting to the Digital and Direct Marketing Manager and supporting the Individual Giving Manager, you will be utilising your digital marketing experience and project management capabilities to help drive support, awareness & revenue, enabling the foundation to make real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide input into development and execution of digital marketing and social media strategies to drive revenue and engagement across multiple digital channels.
  • Coordinate all digital activities (proficiency in Funraisin or similar) acting as key liaison for the suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with team to support digital fundraising campaigns, including email, digital ads, social media and website.
  • Manage and oversee social media portfolio, including strategy development, implementation, content development and reporting.
  • Implement and optimise SEO and SEM, oversee Google Analytics and AdGrants.
  • Review digital onboarding and stewardship programs for lead collection relating to fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitor analyse and report on results to inform future initiatives and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders both within hospital and the wider team.

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including web, SEO, email marketing, social media, Google Ad Grants and advertising.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Demonstrated skills using Hootsuite or Canva.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google Ad Grants
  • Strong interest in social media developments, trends and best practise in relation to not for profits.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate recommendations well.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to solve problems.
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for digital marketing and for being change agent within the team.
