ORGANISATION

Hello Sunday Morning, was established over 10 years ago with a clear mission to help people change their relationship with alcohol. Their key program - Daybreak – is a digital service accessible through an app or the web; it provides an anonymous and supportive environment for consumers to set alcohol change goals and to then work with health professionals to achieve said goals.

the ROLE

Due to movement in the team, our client is seeking a communications and marketing lead responsible for content generation and marketing solutions (with a focus on social media) to drive engagement for HSM’s community.

Reporting to the Head of Development you will also manage the creation of content across multiple platforms for fundraising purposes working with their digital lead, reporting results and providing insights to help shape future campaigns and initiatives.

You will be proactive with the ability to multi-task and have great communication skills with a can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a start-up like environment that is dynamic and fast-paced.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop content for marketing, fundraising and digital purposes in collaboration with relevant internal team members.
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement and brand recognition.
  • Create content for social media channels to engage and increase followers
  • Ensure content is aligned with core strategy in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Report channel performance and offer insights to drive future campaigns

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Professional, excellent written and verbal communications skills ideally with previous NFP experience (not essential)
  • Proven experience in content development across multiple channels that is engaging and relevant to audience.
  • Excellent social media channel management in a professional context.
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of planning and analytics insights tools for marketing purposes.
  • Experience with communications as storytelling and content creation (PR and social media influencers)
  • Thorough understanding of social media landscape and current trends.
  • Good skills with a genuine passion for community focussed organisations
