About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to provide leadership, guidance and support for our Aged and Disability Division at CatholicCare. The position will be responsible for the operations, growth and activities across our serviceable region. The position will need someone who is comfortable with rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in the day to day operational needs as well as the strategic long-term planning.

Key to the success of the position will be your contribution to the continuous improvement of community care services, delivering exceptional services with the highest quality standards and achieving client outcomes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications related to Health, Allied Health and/or Community Services
  • Demonstrated high-level leadership and operational management experience, ideally gained in the management of Community Care Services
  • In depth understanding of the Aged and Disability processes and compliance requirements
  • Effective at building strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • A current NSW drivers’ licence with the flexibility to travel to multiple locations
  • The successful candidate will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check in accordance with Child Protection legislation and Criminal Record Check (obtained within the last 6 months) with no disclosable court outcomes
