We are seeking an experienced operations leader to provide leadership, guidance and support for our Aged and Disability Division at CatholicCare. The position will be responsible for the operations, growth and activities across our serviceable region. The position will need someone who is comfortable with rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in the day to day operational needs as well as the strategic long-term planning.
Key to the success of the position will be your contribution to the continuous improvement of community care services, delivering exceptional services with the highest quality standards and achieving client outcomes.
