About the Role

CatholicCare Sydney is seeking a Campaign Manager, within the Communications and Marketing team. In this rewarding and versatile opportunity, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing key marketing campaigns, including strategy and concept, creative development, production, roll out, distribution and evaluation
  • Managing operational requirements, including developing and implementing clear and timely processes, project management, tracking and reporting
  • Supporting other community engagement initiatives as required

This role reports directly to the Executive Manager, Marketing and Communications. This role also works closely with other key members across CatholicCare, including the Community Engagement team, the Home Care and Disability divisions as well as Ccareline.

This is a full time opportunity until June 2021 (parental leave coverage) and is located at our Lewisham site.

About You

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you will have:

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to undertake a wide variety of marketing and communication duties of the role in accordance with Catholic Care’s Mission, Vision and Values
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline or commensurate experience
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning, marketing operations and communications
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, preparation and implementation of successful fundraising campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proven problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
  • Strong writing and relationship skills, as well as the ability to report on campaign results

Your understanding of, or experience within the charitable sector will be viewed favourably, but not essential.
