About the role

Our services are expanding, and we now have a rare opportunity for a passionate, pro-active, and strong all-rounder People & Culture (P&C) Team Administrator to join our well-established and supportive P&C team on a fixed term 12-month contract. Reporting to the HR Services Operations Manager, this role is the first point of contact for HR queries.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly customer focused individual, able to build, develop & nurture strong stakeholder relationships, be resilient and work collaboratively with the team to provide effective administration support across the entire employee lifecycle.

The role is based out of the Pennant Hills Head Office, working full time hours or we can be flexible for the right person, and offer this role at part-time hours (4 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Administrator or new graduate to develop your Human Resources skills and take your career to new heights!

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide consistent, quality and timely administrative support to the People & Culture Team.
  • Onboarding/offboarding process and contract generation.
  • Electronic HRIS and manual system processing and data entry.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
  • Administer and maintain employee training and compliance requirements.
  • Any other administrative tasks as directed by the Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in data entry, use of HRIS systems.
  • Strong competency in use of Microsoft Office Applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated high level commitment to quality customer service and ability to deliver a high range of administrative services.
  • Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Established aptitude to show initiative and follow matters through to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
